Tung Tak Pawn on Hennessy Road is a Grade III historic building in Hong Kong, it is a Wanchai landmark. It was demolished in 2015. Prior the demolition, it was the only surviving pre-WWII Tong-Lau(folk architecture) on Hong Kong Island, located in a street corner with a rounded-cornered plan, which is of great historic and cultural value. I made this illustration soon after the demolition, in memory of this special building. Open edition art prints are now available for sale.

位於軒尼詩道的同德押，曾為香港三級歷史建築，是灣仔的地標之一，惟於2015年拆卸。直至拆卸前，同德押是香港島僅存三幢戰前唐樓中，唯一位處街角、兼採用弧形設計的樓宇，甚具歷史價值。此畫在拆卸後不久便動筆繪畫，以作留念。複印原畫現作開版發售。
