Portland Street at Night (砵蘭街之夜) is featured in Phoenix Moon, inspired by one of the dark fiction stories written by James Tam from Hong Kong Noir (Blacksmith Books, 2018). The story is about a murder and mayhem happened in Mong Kok’s underworld, where Portland Street is well-known as the red-light district in Kowloon.
